Loxeal Istant ISO10 is a professional cyanoacrylate instant adhesive from the Loxeal range, a brand specialised in industrial and technical adhesives. Designed for fast, precise, and strong bonding on a wide range of compatible materials: metals, rigid plastics, rubber, ceramics, wood, leather, and composite materials. Sets in seconds, high mechanical strength, low-viscosity formula for precise and controlled application.
Loxeal ISO10 cyanoacrylate adhesives polymerise on contact with surface moisture, making bonding virtually instantaneous. Suitable for small workshop repairs, sealing gaskets, bonding small mechanical and plastic components, and repairing broken objects. The ISO10 designation indicates viscosity (low viscosity = suitable for close-fitting surfaces and porous materials).
- Brand: Loxeal
- Type: Cyanoacrylate (instant adhesive) — ISO 10 / low viscosity
- Use: Fast bonding of metal, plastic, rubber, ceramic, wood, leather, and composite materials — workshop, DIY repairs, hobby use
- Compatibility: Most non-porous solid materials — not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, or surfaces with oil/grease residues without prior degreasing
- SKU: LX-ISO10
- Category: Sealants and adhesives / Workshop
Thoroughly degrease both surfaces before application (oil, grease residues, or excess moisture will slow or prevent polymerisation). Apply a small amount of adhesive to one surface. Press the surfaces together with light pressure for 30–60 seconds. Full tack in 1–5 minutes. Maximum strength reached in 24 hours. Use with gloves to avoid accidental skin bonding.
How do you remove it from skin if fingers get stuck?
Do not pull with force. Soak the area in warm soapy water for a few minutes — the cyanoacrylate softens and gradually releases. Alternatively use acetone, avoiding areas near the eyes.
Is it suitable for bumper plastics?
It depends on the type of plastic. Modern bumper polypropylene (PP) cannot be bonded with standard cyanoacrylate — PP activator primers or two-component adhesives specific to flexible plastics are required.
