MA-FRA Deca Flash is MA-FRA's professional solvent specifically formulated for removing stubborn organic and chemical contamination from car bodywork. It effectively removes road tar, bitumen, adhesive and glue residues, silicone, chewing gum, baked-on insects, and resin stains – everything that ordinary shampoos cannot eliminate. An essential product in the exterior detailing decontamination phase before clay bar, polishing, or ceramic protection.

The formula acts precisely on localised residues without attacking the paint when used correctly, dissolving the chemical bond between the contaminant and the bodywork and allowing removal without aggressive scrubbing that would cause scratches. It is the first step of serious detailing: a truly decontaminated surface is the prerequisite for a wax or SiO2 protection that lasts.

  • Brand: MA-FRA
  • Use: Removal of tar, bitumen, adhesives, glue, silicone, resin, and baked-on insects from bodywork
  • Surfaces / compatibility: Automotive paint (always test first on a small hidden area) – do not use on uncoated plastic not resistant to solvents
  • SKU: MF-DECA-FLASH
  • Category: Detailing / Bodywork decontamination

Apply Deca Flash to a solvent-resistant microfibre cloth or directly onto the localised stain. Allow 30–60 seconds to work. Remove with light strokes, without rubbing. Do not apply in direct sunlight or on hot bodywork. Always test on a hidden area before first use. Wash the treated area with car shampoo after treatment to remove all solvent residue.

Can it damage the paint?

Used correctly – on a cool surface, without leaving it to act too long – it does not damage the paint. Always test first on a hidden area, especially on matte finishes or wraps.

Should it be used before or after the clay bar?

Before. Removal of localised tar and adhesive residues is done before the clay bar, which is used to decontaminate the entire surface uniformly once the larger residues have been eliminated.
